[問題] 富宇 交屋款不到總價1% !!??

標題[問題] 富宇 交屋款不到總價1% !!??

小弟有意購買新竹慈雲路上的富宇建案 付完訂金 看完契約(尚未有任何數字) 一直到原本打算簽約當天 代銷才說 交屋款大概只佔總價1% 所以到驗屋時，其實已經付了99%給富宇 跟我上內政部網站找到的契約範本(5%) 有一段差距 想請問一下板上大大，富宇的交屋款是否都一定如此呢??? 另外 還想請問富宇的交屋情況 其實有在網路上survey過 看到一兩個負評 但maybe 大多數的情況都是可以接受的? 不曉得 大家的交屋情況是如何呢??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.0.246
