原PO是今年的應屆畢業生 最近很幸運地得到昇恒昌的面試通知(到桃機英文筆試+面試) 顧客服務專員 工作內容： 1. 環境導引及各項顧客諮詢服務。 2. 配合公司各項專案活動推動執行。 3. 購物卡製作及商品包裝服務。 4. 客訴處理及商品售後服務諮詢協助。 有上網搜尋一些相關資料，顧客服務專員跟櫃台客服似乎是一樣的意思(?) 有好心網友分享了櫃台客服面試過程，主管跟她說她日文不夠好只能當營業員(?) 我也不會日文XD"，人資小姐只叫我準備英文...我也只能準備英文XD" 其實我一直很想進入航空業， 上禮拜的華航地勤因為很白癡的原因不能面試... 剛好昇恒昌的這份工作可以接觸人群，地點又在桃機(雖然現在都還只是空談XD) 最主要的是， 有沒有人知道顧客服務專員的待遇如何呢? 謝謝大家 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.1.170 ※ 編輯: lisimanthus 來自: 118.167.1.170 (07/25 20:23)
