標題[請問] 看螢幕眼睛會痠

先前在外念書時在外租房子，房間內光線還算充足，四個角落都有燈。畢業了把電腦、螢幕搬完家裡房間使用，一樣的螢幕，但是不曉得為什麼眼睛看久會很痠。房間的燈光我想也很充足，不下於先前在外租的房子，但是不曉得為什麼會這樣... 螢幕本身的亮度我也有去調整過，有調過亮一些、也有調過暗一些但是都無法改善。想請問一下有人知道這該怎麼辦嗎...？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.155.181 ※ 編輯: Nestarneal 來自: 111.251.155.181 (07/25 20:47)
