當初這個房子信義在賣的時候差不多屋主要的價格也就是這樣而且房子也賣了快兩個月（也不是說秒殺案還沒po外網就賣掉那種）那個時候買方也幾乎都嫌那個價格貴他買的單價在那個時候絕對不算便宜這個房子的優點也就只有近捷運與低總價兩房而已而且去年那時候有金融市場的利空一般買方也都不太願意進場覺得房價會跌其實很多時候投資客會買到就是因為他是出當時市場最高價所以才買得到房子而一般自住客都認知希望買市價以下所以無緣看著房價慢慢上漲 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.94.56
