New iPAD 3G訊號微弱 無法上網

我的New ipad 4G (WiFi + 3G) 買來一年多了,已經過保固了

iOS 系統也升級到最新的 6.1.3

使用的是中華電信的sim卡

我人是在林口長庚醫院工作,住在龜山,偶爾會去台北

最近發現不論到哪個地方,3G訊號都只有1格到兩格甚至沒有訊號, Wifi在家使用是滿格沒有問題

所以無法用3G上網

同時間和地點的Android手機3G訊號都沒有問題,還有可以開wifi給iPAD使用

有做過以下的除錯工作
1.把手機的sim卡換到IPAD使用,一樣是3G訊號很弱,換回手機就沒有問題了
2.IPAD網路重置,甚至系統重置,一樣是沒有辦法

所以是我的iPAD 3G訊號模組壞掉了嗎?

如果要送修的話要到原廠還是民間的廠商
