用AHCI模式灌系統以後找不到另一顆硬碟

我買了一顆wd scorpio black 750GB的硬碟當作D槽

原本我有一顆Plextor M5Pro當C槽，但是在AHCI模式下，安裝win7時裝在任何一顆硬碟，進了系統後，另一顆硬碟無論如何都找不到(我有在win7安裝模式在D槽選「新增」了)

可是在IDE模式裝好win7後進入系統，卻能找到兩顆硬碟，這是什麼原因？是因為我驅動沒有裝嗎？(出現這個原因是剛開始灌好，什麼都沒有裝的情況)，可是之前用blue沒有發生過這種問題

如果我堅持要用AHCI模式，是否要在IDE模式找到兩顆硬碟後，再轉AHCI模式(上網找過有不用重灌的方法)，這樣還能找到兩顆硬碟嗎？
