...陳偉殷去年跟今年的動作有一點點的不一樣，前導腳踩的步伐比去年短了一點點，所以上半身比較吃力，而且受傷那一場比賽身體跟腰部旋轉的水平比較低，去年投球時身體重心是有由上到下並且向前延伸，而受傷那一場比賽身體重心因為前導腳跨步較小所以有從左到右橫移的現象，導致放球點低了一點點，加上身體或許狀況不好，就比較容易導致肩膀及手肘的傷害。但是，他受傷的診斷﹝右側腹斜肌拉傷﹞跟這較無直接相關，... 影片及全文請詳見台灣農場報報 http://t-fat.net/blog/2013/06/25/361/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.126.151
