德國租車有問

確定在7月底到德國和奧地利一個月, 打算在德國租車27天
有以下問題, 麻煩大家幫幫忙

1: 大家都建議租車要買全保, 那麼全保是包什麼?
我查了很多家, 其中economycarrentals.com,27天自動檔, 租車+全保是844歐, 他的全保是第三者責任保, 被盜保, 還有稅之類的…..一般都是這些嗎?

2: 好像不是每台車都有GPS, 一般都要另外加費用嗎? 我在香港澳門廣東帶去的能用嗎?

3: 道路費或者准許證等,要注意什麼?
