圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32104709 我的好食友學妹每次出國總會帶點好料的回來給我，這次她前往日本金澤旅 遊，回程亦帶了伴手禮回來，是金澤的能登牛咖哩包，雖然不能親身至日本 體驗能登牛的滋味，但能吃到來自日本的咖哩調理包，也是頗難得的經驗。 外表圖片很是誘人，竟是蒜片鐵板牛排，作為主角的牛肉咖哩反而置身其後 ，變成配角。 來自日本平行輸入的能登牛咖哩包，自然是全日文標示。 打開來就是個鋁箔的調理包，重量200g，吃法也就是把它隔水加熱就行。 てらおか風舎の能登牛カレー 1050 煮了一盤義大利麵來搭配，外加半顆半熟玉子。不愧是來自日本的咖哩，十 足的日本風味，咖哩中可以明顯嘗到來自蔬果的甜味，濃郁的咖哩香氣中帶 點微辣，整體來說還是偏甜的風味，很是傳統的日本咖哩，同樣十足配飯或 配麵。而主角能登牛卻是遜色許多，約兩三塊牛肉塊，口感略柴，僅如同一 般調理包的肉塊口感，不甚特別，絲毫不讓人感到能登牛有何特別之處。看 來要想吃到能登牛的美味，還是得直接到日本吃呀。 てらおか風舎 地址：日本國石川縣金澤市寺地2-2-2 電話：076-2420050 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.11.160 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 07/02 18:45
