聯 絡 人：謝先生 聯絡方式：0930432939 (晚上12:00前) 房屋地點：台北市中正區廈門街99巷 (治安佳，尚無失竊紀錄) 鄰近交通：古亭捷運站步行約七分鐘 & 汀洲路段之公車 所在樓層：3F/5F (絕對非爬得半死且熱得半死的頂樓加蓋) 租金(月)：6000 (含水費 第四台 光纖網路 電費3元/度) 押 金：兩個月 房間設備：書桌、床舖、衣櫃、書櫃、冷氣、電視、電扇 公共設施：洗衣機、冰箱 格局坪數：室內3-4坪，室外陽台1坪 隔間材質：水泥 有無電梯到該樓層：無 有無對外窗：對外超大落地窗 能否接受寵物：否 參考圖片：http://www.wretch.cc/album/lj717 備 註：我本為這裡的住戶，惟目前已畢業，故已無法續租，實在遺憾。 此處近古亭捷運站(步行7分)，交通便利，生活機能佳，附近有 7-11、郵局、 頂好、漫畫店、王貫英圖書館、、麥當勞、便當店、和一些哩哩叩叩 的小吃店，半夜不擔心餓肚子。再者房東是佛心來的，一般基本的水費、 公設電費、第四台、網路(光纖)他全包之外，電費依房間電表以1度"3元" 計費，完全都不會多收半毛錢，且房東不時會來清掃廁所，不時還請房客 吃飯，這裡住了三位學生和二位剛畢業的上班族，也都因好房東難尋而續約 多年，且之前有位同學因失戀提早搬家，房東不囉嗦也完全沒扣他押金， 這種房東簡直好比多啦A夢一樣，房間缺啥都可以向他許願，更別提設備 故障這種一定要為房客處理的鳥事。 總而言之，這裡的環境和品質真的是很適合學生來居住喔^^!
