沒當過包租公的人可能對這行業有憧憬我來分享一下心得 1.租學生是最不理想的，髒、吵、要求多、愛殺價；租給工作一陣子的年輕上班族通常比較自愛好相處。 2.3～5年後設備開始出狀況，隨時準備修這裡修那裡，接到房客手機就頭大。 3.空房出租期，幾乎無法出遠門，隨時準備接電話看房。 4.投報率沒有想像中高，身邊幾位朋友幾乎投降不玩了。 5.真的要當的話建議買店面或車位出租比較實在。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.21.193.252 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1419324692.A.7D5.html
