我不明白法律是如何規定的, 也覺得我要全退也可能太過份. 問了幾個折衷的辦法. 都被當場拒絕.

1. 扣個 200-300 賠償你們訂貨的損失. 被拒絕.
2. 那我先付錢, 你賣給下一個要買的客戶, 賣出我再來拿錢.-- 被拒絕, ( 要我自己上網賣 )

即然人家不願意, 我就把他買回來了, 但總得要學點教訓.

1. 訂金不要給太多
2. 沒現貨看還是不要買的好.

現在還是想搞清楚, 法律是如何規定的, 以便日後之需.
