是這樣的，某A最近拿到某傳產P的offer（業界龍頭、獲利穩定），職務內容也是A喜歡的（類似市場調查與行銷推廣），然而問題是～這個缺屬於P內部新成立的部門，因此幾乎所有東西都在草創階段，而主管也非調查、行銷背景出身。 A的考量是———— 優點：新部門、自我發揮空間大、且主管強調公司相當看重此部門，升遷可能較有望？缺點：變數太大、擔心學不到有助於累積自身資本的專業知識（可能樣樣都需自己摸索，怕學得廣但不精）、草創階段事情可能很雜很累。請問大家會怎麼考量呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.219.48.64 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411491768.A.22E.html
