有一個老透天，建物權狀只有一層，面積 49.55 平方公尺 但是它實際上是一個三層建築，稅籍證明上也確實有三層 但三層都是 37.4 平方公尺 想要問 1. 這樣的房子會有什麼問題嗎？ 2. 有辦法在不重新申請建物執照的情況下變更建物權狀為三層嗎？ 3. 營業用途是依據稅籍證明登記，但如果營業登記放在三樓，但三樓沒有使用執照，好像 也怪怪的？ 4. 這樣子有辦法申請獨立電錶嗎？ -- kiang -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.69.90.100
