鑫科 注資大陸環保事業

看好大陸環保商機、並鞏固金屬料源，中鋼集團旗下濺鍍靶材廠鑫科材料（3663）將透過大陸的子公司鑫昌，投入最多人民幣3,500萬元（約新台幣1.68億元），取得蘇州廢棄物處理商蘇州順惠有色金屬製品公司20%股權。

鑫科昨（23 ）日表示，預計最快今年底前完成股權交易，未來也將擴大對岸環保事業布局，長線有望顯現效益。鑫科表示，環保產業在大陸長期發展看好，也是大陸官方十二五規畫項目之一，鑫科此次投資後，也將逐步嘗試在大陸發展相關環保業務。
