中信金總部大樓 得標人只能買95%

中信金控周三晚間，代子公司、中國信託商業銀行公告，將出售位在台北市松壽路的「總行大樓」。中國信託委託戴德梁行，辦理公開標售，標售底價將超過200億台幣。

中國信託並開出多項招標條件：

（1）考量長期業務發展及企業識別效益，中國信託將留用松壽路總行大樓房地所有權持分的5%，以保有營業據點；亦即得標人最多只能買到松壽大樓房地所有權持分的95%。

（2）得標人拆除松壽大樓後，要與中國信託在原址合建新建大樓。

（3）中信金控及其子公司有權向得標人價購新建大樓總建物面積的20%；若未來新建大樓其餘75%建物面積（及所屬基地持分）要賣時，中國信託享有優先承買權。

中國信託表示，這項招標徵選截止日暫定為102年11月5日，預計在11月中旬標售結果可以出爐。
