洪門轉型多年，登記成為人民團體，從幫派印象蛻變，成立「桃園縣萬字旗慈愛會」，4年來捐輸物資給弱勢團體，今天上午在平鎮送暖，讓弱勢家庭也能好好過中秋節。

共有來自中壢、平鎮、楊梅、龍潭、新屋、八德、龜山計600貧戶，每戶獲20斤白米、泡麵一箱、沙拉油及月餅。
