曾勇夫涉關說 遭特偵組移送

特偵組上午以法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉接受立法院長王金平及立委柯建銘關說，針對柯建銘涉背信案更一審獲判無罪，要求高檢署檢察官不要再上訴，涉違法關說個案，今天將曾勇夫移送監察院，陳守煌則依「法官法」移送檢察官評鑑。
