請問公司法上，計算董事最低需要選舉權數支計算公式，書上看到: 總選舉權數÷應選董事人數+1 最後再+1 可是也有看到(已發行有表決權數×R÷董事人數+1)+1 計算公式不同 不知道該如何計算?第二種公式我看不太懂 假設應選董事人數5人，報到的股數有9200股 這樣最低需要選舉權數為多少? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.150.211
