-------------------------------------上以三行PO文請刪除廠牌:toshiba 型號:r930(ram+4g金士頓) i3 購入日期:2013/08/08 距上次使用正常時間:目前正常 OS版本:win8 平常作業內容:chrome, pcman, kmplayer 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):y 問題內容: 機子買來後使用正常今天突然出現當機狀況開了chrome(兩個網頁)+pcman(兩個bbs) 就出現畫面lag 按工作管理員沒發現什麼異狀然後滑鼠按鍵就沒功能了(可滑動但按下沒反應) 接著就變成全藍畫面只剩左下角win的圖樣仍顯示但按win也毫無反應我就強迫關機了再開機後一切正常(再次開啟chrome有顯示上次未正常關閉) 因本人電腦技能低落電腦事情都是請弟弟幫忙處理但現在弟弟不在旁邊想請問版友們大概會是什麼問題之後請我弟幫忙看時就可以跟他說大略往哪方向檢查多謝版友幫忙回覆~感恩! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.229.131
