李鴻源：無意點名賴清德

因為土地徵收案，台南市長賴清德槓上內政部長李鴻源，原訂兩人要在行政院會分別就南鐵案和大埔案進行報告，李鴻源今天上午留守災害應變中心，關注中南部山區可能引發土石流災情，並未出席行政院會，李鴻源表示，他不用跟台南市長賴清德辯論，他的發言從頭到尾都不是針對賴清德，也是在回答媒體詢問時，被動提到台南鐵路地下化的案子，他自己對地政不是那麼熟悉，且他從未評論個案，而是強調土徵條例不應輕易廢除。
