標題[問題] 帶租約出售好賣嗎?

想請問一下大家，如果有間無電梯的23年頂樓家庭式公寓想出售(非套房無頂樓加蓋) 是很穩定的收租產品..正交大旁..有約~4%的報酬率.. 但是其實這公寓極適合低總價想成家的人..(室內30坪~陽台3坪..自備款只要150) 這樣的公寓是帶著租約賣給想收租的人比較好賣.. 還是要等明年度房客離開時..不要再找新房客了，拿出來賣給自住的人比較適合呢?? 想請大家幫忙分析一下..謝謝大家~~!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.47.7
