洪家律師團 盼國防部暫緩偵結

軍事檢察署偵辦洪仲丘案進入最後階段，外傳軍檢單位31日將全案偵查終結，涉案軍士官可能被依妨害自由、凌虐部屬等罪名起訴，並被求處重刑。但軍方不願證實。

洪家律師團得知消息後，趕在30日十一點半前發表聲明，望軍檢能暫緩起訴處分。

聲明中指出，「我們要的是真相，而真相僅會出自正當的程序」，目前在立法院討論中的「軍事審判法」尚未修正完成，盼完成後，讓洪仲丘的案件成為第一件適用新法的案件，因此「懇請國防部法律事務司允准下令暫緩起訴處分」。
